Terms of Service
These terms apply to Saveroot, the personal knowledge base and the Ratz Levad document service reached through saveroot.app, its bots and its client pages. By using them you agree to these terms.
The service
Saveroot receives content you send it (saved posts, links, photographs and documents such as invoices and receipts), reads it with automated tools, and turns it into notes, summaries and bookkeeping tables. For the document service, each organisation gets its own page where documents are uploaded and a spreadsheet is kept up to date. Access to the document service is granted by the operator after a sign-up request is reviewed.
Your content
You keep every right to what you send. You give Saveroot only the licence needed to store and process it for you. You confirm that you are entitled to share what you upload, and that it contains nothing unlawful.
Accuracy
Values read from documents by automated tools can be wrong, especially on handwritten or low-quality images. Saveroot shows what it read so it can be checked and corrected. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice; the person responsible for your books remains responsible for the figures.
Accounts and access
Keep your sign-in details and your private page link to yourself. Tell us if you believe someone else has them. The operator may suspend an account that is used abusively or in breach of these terms.
Availability
The service is provided as is. We aim for it to be available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding three months.
Deletion
You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time; see the data deletion page. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; continued use after a change means you accept it.
