Reporting a security problem

If you believe you have found a security problem in Saveroot, email privacy@saveroot.app with a short description, the steps to reproduce it, and how we can reach you. We confirm receipt within 3 business days and keep you informed until it is fixed.

Please do not access, change or delete other people's data while testing, do not run tests that degrade the service, and give us reasonable time to fix the problem before you disclose it publicly. We will not take legal action against good-faith research that follows these rules.

How we protect your data

• All connections to Saveroot are encrypted with HTTPS.
• The server accepts operator logins by key only; password logins are turned off.
• Access tokens and keys are kept out of the source code and are never shown in the product.
• Your saves are processed only by the service providers listed in our privacy policy, and only to produce your results.
• You can delete your data at any time, see Data deletion.
